Homegroups

Homegroups are a central part of our church life. There are currently four groupswhich meet weekly for fellowship (one of which meets during the daytime), where we study the Bible and to pray together. All members of Whimple Church are encouraged to belong to a small group if at all possible; it is also a great way for newcomers to get to know people.

Monthly Prayer Meeting

This is an important meeting when we come together to pray for the mission and ministry of the church and for wider concerns.  They take place on the first Tuesday in every month at 7.45pm at the Rectory.”

Men's and women's breakfasts

Quarterly get-togethers with a great breakfast, time together, short Bible talk and discussion.

Mothers' Union

The Mothers' Union is an international Christian organisation, whose members share a commitment to improve family life through practical action and prayer. The Mothers' Union group in Whimple meets monthly.

Bell Ringers

Come and enjoy the fun in learning to bell ring at St Mary's, and call the village to church on a Sunday morning!
